What we collect

When you fill a form on this website (post a property, post a requirement, enquire about a property or project, contact us or discuss a collaboration) we collect what you type: your name, mobile number, the property or requirement details, and any photos you choose to upload. We also note which page the form was sent from and, if you came from an advertisement, the name of that campaign.

How we use it

Only to respond to you: to call or WhatsApp you, verify a property, arrange site visits, share matching options and complete the paperwork you ask us for. Property details and photos you post may be shown on this website after our team verifies them. Your mobile number is never shown publicly.

Where it is stored

Form entries are saved in a private Google Sheet and photos in a private Google Drive folder, accessible only to the SN Real Estate team. If you also tap the WhatsApp button, the message goes to our team's WhatsApp number.

Sharing

We do not sell your details. We share them only with the other side of a deal you are interested in (for example, a buyer with the owner) after you agree, or when the law requires it.

Your choices

You can ask us to correct or delete your details at any time by calling or WhatsApping us on the numbers below. Saved properties and your posts in "Saved" are kept only in your own browser.
