How it works

Four simple steps

  1. BookPay the booking amount (from ₹51,000) and get an allotment letter for your plot or unit.
  2. Down paymentPay the down payment (usually 20 to 30%, booking amount included) within the agreed days.
  3. Monthly installmentsPay the balance in 12 to 36 equal monthly installments. Most plot plans are interest-free.
  4. Registry & possessionRegistry as per the plan (for example after 50% payment for plots). We handle the paperwork.

FAQ

Installment plans: common questions

Is there interest on the installments?

Most of our plot plans are interest-free: you pay the same price as a full payment, split into monthly parts. If a plan carries interest, it is written clearly on the project page before you book.

When do I get the registry?

It depends on the plan. For plotted colonies the registry is usually done after 50% payment; for floors and flats, on possession or after full payment. The exact point is in your allotment letter.

What if I miss an installment?

Talk to us early. Short delays can usually be adjusted; repeated defaults may attract a late fee as per the agreement. Read the payment terms in the allotment letter before booking.

Can I pay faster or close the plan early?

Yes. You can pay extra installments or the full balance at any time, with no penalty on interest-free plans.

Installment or bank loan: which is better?

Installments need no income papers or bank process and are usually interest-free, but the tenure is shorter (12 to 36 months). A bank loan gives a longer tenure with interest. We help with both; try the loan EMI calculator.
